Caramelized Hazelnuts
Our chocolate-covered hazelnuts are a perfect balance of salty and sweet, chocolate and hazelnut. The process begins by roasting our hazelnuts to perfection and then cooking them in sugar until each nut is coated individually in caramel. We add a pinch of salt to accentuate all those flavors and then finish by coating them in a high-quality dark chocolate couverture -- four or five layers per nut! Enjoy!
