Caramelized Almonds
Our chocolate-covered almonds are a perfect balance of salty and sweet, chocolate and almond. The process begins by roasting our almonds to perfection and then cooking them in sugar until each nut is coated individually in caramel. We add a pinch of salt to accentuate all the flavors and then finish by coating them in a high-quality dark chocolate couverture -- four or five layers per nut!! Enjoy!
